Making things up to people into trouble
Hitting, pinching, biting, pushing and shoving
Damaging belongings
Stealing money
Posting insulting messages on the internet or by IM, sometimes called cyberbullying
Spreading rumours
Threats and intimidation
Making silent or abusive phone calls
Sending offensive texts

What to do?

Bullying won't stop unless you do tell some who can help.

Tell a responsible friend, a teacher (or your social worker) and your parents. If it's hard to talk about it, write a note or call Childline.
